O DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO E AS RELAÇÕES RACIAIS NO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL DAS ESCOLAS DE NITERÓI – THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION AND RACE RELATIONS IN NITEROI’S PRIMARY SCHOOLS

O presente artigo presta-se como elo reflexivo e de inspiração de diferentes linguagens de luta ao desconstruir o mito da democracia racial na sociedade brasileira, seguindo com referência ao contexto da briga (luta) dos negros pela afirmação dos seus direitos e pelo reconhecimento de sua importância social. Propõe uma reflexão articulada da cultura e da educação como estratégia para modificar a percepção estigmatizada da carne mais barata do mercado, numa ação social transformadora. Resgata o papel das leis em sua gênese, com o objetivo de promover uma mudança nos discursos, raciocínios, lógicas, gestos, posturas, modo de tratar as pessoas negras, a partir da disseminação da história e cultura africanas. Para não concluir, encerra com a apresentação de questões relacionadas ao método empregado para definição da amostra da pesquisa.

ABSTRACT: This article lends itself as a reflective link from different struggle languages to deconstruct the myth of racial democracy in Brazilian society, following with reference to the context of the fight (struggle) on the affirmation of black people’s rights and recognition in social importance. It proposes an articulated reflection of culture and education as a strategy to change the perception of the cheapest meat in market, a transformative social action. Rescue the role of law in its genesis, in order to promote a change in discourse, reasoning, logic, gestures, posture, how to treat black people from the dissemination of African history and culture. Not finishing the discussion, the article concludes with the presentation of issues related to the method used to define the research sample.
