O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar o Direito Civil, especificamente, os institutos da responsabilidade civil e dos danos morais, incidindo sobre as relações de Direito da Seguridade Social firmadas entre Estado e administrado concernentes a benefícios previdenciários e assistenciais.
